At Soraya Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • unused and unworn
  • in original packaging
  • in original condition

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • earrings
  • personalized/custom jewelry
  • final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
